SUNSKY is an online store that promises cheap electronic wholesales from China. While previously the Chinese retailer had the ultimate trust of the people I have uncovered a devastating truth. SUNSKY, the company known for giving out free points to customers that post “good” quality reviews, is suppressing bad reviews! Such amazingly detailed and thought out reviews such as “It works it’s good.” are prominently displayed however detailed full reviews that layout the various issues while still giving credit for the good service are removed.

A spokesperson for SUNSKY said that some customers who post reviews accidentally forget to not criticise so it’s necessary to fix the problem by removing the reviews. “We wouldn’t want them accidentally committing libel so we make sure to remove the reviews from sight to protect our customers from us bringing a lawsuit against them accidentally.” He went on to say that after this has been done a helpful email is sent to the customers stating how sad they are that their review was closed without acquiring SUNSKY points and encouraging them to instead write a “good” review.

The expectations of a good review are as follows.

  • Which details do you like or unlike? such as material, tone quality, features, price etc.
  • What are the diffrences between the item and other similars?
  • Why do you give the rating score finally?
  • Is the rating at least 4 stars or above?
  • Are you writing in a language we can’t understand and trash-talking the product while pretending to give it five stars?
  • Go you Russian dude, I see what you did there.

While it may seem outlandish that a Chinese company would ever be involved in censorship in any way. I am sad to confirm that at the very least, they are giving individual sellers the option.
